Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their client's dynamic team. The role requires a highly skilled professional to drive sales growth, manage accounts, oversee repair processes, and facilitate communication with Japan Team. Proficiency in Japanese is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and field activities with engineers.
• Account Management: Supervise a sales assistant, manage customer relationships, and ensure compliance.
• Repair Management: Coordinate communication with customers and technical teams for on-site visits.
• Communication with Japan Team: Facilitate projects, create pre-specification documents, and organize meeting materials.
• Supervision: Oversee daily sales tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese is required for effective communication with Japan team and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in sales management and account management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Experience with managing repair processes and customer interactions.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes, including local, domestic, and international trips.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, typical office hours. The role may require flexibility to accommodate meetings and travel.
